Weigh In

So I lost 0.4 pounds this week. It's nothing glorious, but it was something at least. Moving forward and going to kick some butt in the next week or so.

Get excited.

Vacation recap

So I went on vacation in early July and had an incredible time. I camped and went hiking. I accomplished some things I never would have guessed I could do and feel great about it.

I took a vacation from worrying about food as well, which I expected would have a bad result, but then decided last week was the end of that. I got back on the wagon, so to speak and had my first weigh in, in a while last Wednesday. I didn't gain or lose anything the past month. I'm happy with that... very happy with that.

I've been eating well for the most part the past week and am tracking my food again and am feeling a bit better overall.
I go in to my meeting at 5:30pm today so I will be updating my progress this week. I hope to lose even just a little!

Plateau

I lost 0.6 pounds this week at weight watchers. I couldn't go last week because I was super busy. I feel like I lost my fire so to speak, but am slightly inspired by this small loss. I'm really really ready to get back on the wagon.

I leave for vacation on Sunday morning, and am ready to get my focus back and hop back on the wagon, dragging it behind me when I return. It will happen, OH YES. I also hope that I lose some weight on the trip... I will be doing a little hiking and moving around a lot more than I have been this week, so that should help!
