Comparison

I took photos today of my dog and I for our annual Christmas photos... and I decided to do a little comparison to last year.

To date, I have lost 27 pounds this year... Some days I can see and feel the difference, others I can't.... Looking at the comparison from last year to today is so crazy. Yeah I still have a ways to go, but wow... it feels great to know that my progress really is visible... even if it's a little here and there.
