I feel like I have kind of gotten into the groove of this now. I am keeping up with my points pretty well, and am definitely feeling a lot better, not eating crap as often. I just had a big salad with chicken, feta, broccoli, cauliflower, and a wheat roll on the side and am full - it was delicious!
I'm keeping track of all of my foods on weight watchers eTools and can say that I am getting kind of addicted to it. I suppose that could be good haha.
I did figure out that either my scale at home is way off (by like 10 lbs...saying im 10lbs lighter), or the scale at WW was way over. Eitherway, I think it's time to buy a digital scale.
I'm really hoping that I will see a change on the scale this Thursday. I am going to be disappointed if I don't see SOMEthing different soon.
I know it's early on, but I'm one of those people that needs to see it to keep after it. I've never successfully lost weight...unless u count the time in 3rd grade I "earned" an original NES for losing weight. Ridiculous.
