I've been doing great with my points. I have 28 points that I have to eat every day for WW. I've stuck to it... and eaten pretty well.
Yesterday I had a salad at Central Market with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, fruit, feta...yum.
Last night I made whole wheat spiral pasta, organic tomato sauce and ground turkey. yum.
This is pushing me to think about what I'm eating and to actually cook more. I can still have my pasta...just with a twist... trying it a bit healthier.
I am really hoping that a slight change happens on the scale next week.
