I'm BACK!!

After a long time, of sick, stress, and non-committal... I am back.

I am joining weight watchers at work. I'm actually excited about it, but dreading that first weigh in. We'll see. i know the number won't be pretty but I can do it.

So - stay tuned... I'm going to keep track of things on my blog. Get excited.
