So this week, I had to weigh in a day early, due to a business trip. I didn't lose anything this week....which i'm actually ok with. I've steadily been losing, and didn't do as great this past week. It just got worse though. On my business trip, we had nothing but decadent food. It's so hard to be good when your options are rich or heavy foods! I didn't track anything, but I'm kinda ok with it.
I'm home now, and just walked the dog 1.75 miles. I just kept turning corners and walking further. I could have done a bit more, but he was looking really tired. I think I'll walk with a water bottle next time so he can have a drink.
I had my iphone with me w/ headphones and listened to my favorite pandora radio station....songs related to the artist Just Jack. It's PERFECT and makes me happy.
I'm going to keep this up - I had a good time walking and the pup is more than satisfied :) yay!
