Doooo da do doooo! I lost another pound. Hooray!
The true challenges this past weekend have been me not tracking anything since Friday, eating a burger (and my first helping of fries since Feb!), going to a dinner party, and just being pretty crazy-busy. I survived yet again though and feel good about it. I think I have finally figured out how much to eat and what choices I should make when I am eating. It's good.
Yay.
