Day one = success!
Last night I cooked up some chicken and made up lunch for today. I made chicken/romain/feta whole wheat pitas for lunch. I had that with some carrots, water, and a vanilla pudding cup. Yum.
Breakfast was a Clif Bar, an apple, and some black coffee,
I still have 17 points to spare for the rest of the day, so I see something delicious in my future.
I'll get the hang of counting again. This whole change in the Weight Watchers PointsPlus has thrown me off a little. I'm sure if I went to the meetings I'd get more info, but I'll trust my iPhone app for now to count every crumb.
I'm drinking a lot of water (something I knew I was lacking before). I know I won't be perfect, but I can make efforts to improve myself.

I am finishing this blog a few hours later...
This afternoon I played racquetball for an hour. I'm a terrible athlete... no, actually I'm not an athlete at all. We had fun though and laughed a lot.
Tonight I cooked some whole wheat pasta, some red sauce and ground turkey. Delicious!
I may be overly excited, but I hope to keep this good start going. I am optimistic and wish I could just fast forward.
