I decided that Sundays are my weigh in days since that was the day I first weighed myself last week. Drumroll...... I lost 2 pounds! Yay!
Not a bad start to the new Red! I know it will get easier as I go. Money has been really tight lately so it is actually helping me plan out food and NOT go out to eat or pick up junk.
Here's to another successful week.
